Terms & Conditions for Intuitive & Spiritual Practices
To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking. Your cooperation and understanding are deeply appreciated. In short:
Individual Sessions
• Each session is confidential, personal, and private. No information will be shared with anyone unless you explicitly request it.
• Sessions are intended for one individual only. Sharing or splitting a reading is not permitted to maintain a personalized experience.
• You are responsible for ensuring: You are available at the allocated time and date & you have any necessary software installed and working (e.g., Zoom).
• All readings must be paid in full at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your booking.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• No refunds are issued for cancellations. Instead, you will receive a credit valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.
• If you do not show up or arrive more than 50% late, you will not be able to rebook. A partial reading may be offered as a goodwill gesture.
• If you miss or cancel a second appointment, your credit will be forfeited.
• By booking, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that you fully understand it.
Disclaimer
• All readings are provided in accordance with UK law, which requires that they be viewed as entertainment purposes only.
• Readings do not in anyway replace legal, financial, or medical advice.
• You must be at least 18 years old to receive a reading unless agreed in advance or accompanied by an adult.
• Messages and predictions reflect patterns of likelihood, not fixed outcomes. You have and always will have freewill and as such only you have the power to change your path.
• Readings are intended to offer insight and opportunity, not certainty.
Online Services
• Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise requested.
• Please ensure you are in a quiet, uninterrupted space with good reception.
• Noisy environments (e.g., traffic, emergency vehicles) may result in cancellation, which will count as your first cancellation or no-show.
Appointment Scheduling
• Please note that other bookings may be scheduled before and after yours.
• Please communicate all requests at the beginning of your session to ensure they are addressed.
Additional Workshop Specific T&C's
1. Registration and Payment
Payments: Payment is taken in full.
Booking: Bookings are confirmed upon receiving the booking form and full payment.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Host Cancellations: If the Event/Workshop is cancelled a full refund will be given within 7 days of the cancellation date.
No refunds will be given if: You do not attend the event/workshop you booked. Or if you have not given notice of your cancellation.
3. Participant Responsibility and Health
Medical Disclosure: Require participants to disclose any physical injuries, psychological conditions, or medications prior to attending, as spiritual workshops can involve deep emotional or physical work.
Self-Responsibility: You are responsible for your own physical and mental well-being throughout the event.
4. Code of Conduct and Boundaries
Respectful Environment: Anyone who is disruptive, under the influence, or disrespectful to others will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.
Confidentiality: Personal stories shared by participants during group circles will remain confidential from the hosts perspective. But please only share what you are will to let others know as they may share.
5. Intellectual Property and Media
Recording: No audio or video recording by participants is permitted.
Media Release: Photos and videos may be taken by the host during the event for promotional use. Please alert the host if you do not wish for you image to be shared.

No part of her handouts or manuals, no part of her oracle deck, including the composite artwork, guidebook, box, cards, online content, and its wording may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, whether mechanical, digital, or photographic, without written permission from Diane Lytollis.
